Guests are kindly asked to bring their own charcoal supplies and extinguish any flames or coals after each use. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's window units above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the setting by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
