With nearby greenbelts, parks, and a short commute to universities and hospitals, it’s the perfect blend of quiet comfort and city convenience. This area provides many ways to get around Austin, whether it is a rideshare, electric scooter, bicycle, or personal vehicle. The home's thermostat should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
