Additional perks include a private washer and dryer, driveway parking for one car, and free street parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests have access to all spaces except for one to two closets. The home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, an additional rollaway bed, and an additional queen air mattress, accommodating up to 11 guests. The property offers a fully equipped kitchen, a front yard with a seating area, a spacious fenced-in backyard with a seating area, a private outdoor pool, a private washer and dryer, free parking on the driveway for two cars, a propane BBQ grill, and additional street parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. Nestled just four miles south of Downtown Austin, South Manchaca is a laid-back, tree-lined neighborhood known for its charm and relaxed vibe. This peaceful, residential area offers quick access to some of Austin’s top attractions, including South Congress Ave, Central Market, and Sunset Valley Marketfair. With nearby greenbelts, parks, and a short commute to universities and hospitals, it’s the perfect blend of quiet comfort and city convenience. This area provides many ways to get around Austin, whether it is a rideshare, electric scooter, bicycle, or personal vehicle. Nearby restaurants include Casa Maria, Sabor Venezolano Austin, Veracruz All Natural, Austin Java, and Tuk Tuk Thai Cafe. Nearby pubs and bars include Spokesman Coffee, Rusty Cannon Pub, Baker St. Pub and Grill, Twin Peaks, and Bouldin Acres. The pool is not heated, and outdoor pool use is at your own risk, with no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times. No glass or food is allowed around the pool area, and fees may apply. Please close the pool umbrella after use or during strong winds, and keep the gates closed at all times for water safety. The home's thermostat should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
