She was also the recipient of the "Realty Austin Effect" Award for 2020 for the highest percent increase in sales year over year for 2020. Joi can help you with buying and selling homes, as well as finding investment properties. Joi has a low-pressure style combined with enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their goals, whether that is finding the perfect home or investment or selling at a great price. After many years at a small brokerage and then on her own as an independent Broker, Joi is excited to be a part of Realty Austin. This allows her to improve the services she provides to repeat and future clients. Joi has managed several of her own rental properties and short-term rentals for many years. In 2013, Joi built a custom "5-star green" home near Zilker Park. This personal experience helps her guide her clients who are interested in building or investing. She has a network of professional vendors, lenders, inspectors, and contractors to which she can refer clients. Joi enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, hosting parties, trying new restaurants, and enjoying live music in Austin. In addition to donating a portion of every commission to Realty Austin's charitable fund, Joi is also a pledged annual supporter of Foundation Communities, a local nonprofit that provides affordable housing & services to Austinites in need. She also is a sponsor of the South Austin Little League and Zilker Elementary.
