Please adhere to any county burn ban in effect. The pickleball court includes 4 paddles and balls in the unit. Please ensure to return them after use. Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental. No smoking inside or outside, and fees may apply for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Fireworks are not allowed. Please place all trash in the designated trash bins and no plastic bags in recycling. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Please be respectful to your neighbors and other guests in the complex. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Trash is collected Sunday to Thursday at 8 PM. Please ensure all trash is placed in the black bin and set outside your door before collection time. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
