Please do not park in the neighbors’ driveways or in front of them, as towing is at the vehicle owner's expense. Located in a family-friendly yet lively neighborhood in old Austin, this home is within walking distance to the best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in East Austin. You can walk to UT Austin or easily get to downtown. Nearby attractions include Dai Due, Este, and La Santa Barbacha, all within a short distance. Public transportation is nearby, and rideshare is readily available for a quick 10-15 minute ride to the airport or downtown. Smoking, pets, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 24 years old and present for the entire reservation. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please use the left driveway for unit 1 only, and do not let cars sit into the sidewalk for ADA regulatory reasons. The right driveway and the Electric Vehicle charging station belong to the neighbors in unit 2. If you park in front of their driveway or in the driveway of unit 2, you will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation at least 24 hours before your arrival.
