The home offers a covered carport spot for one car, and there is plenty of free street parking available. Please use the left driveway only, as the right driveway and the EV charging station belong to the neighbors. Located in a family-friendly yet lively neighborhood in old Austin, this home is within walking distance to the best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in East Austin. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and parties or events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted, and there is a $50 replacement fee per key if not returned to the lockbox. Please use the left driveway for parking, as the right driveway and EV charging station belong to the neighbors. Vehicles parked in the wrong area will be towed at the owner's expense. The HVAC system should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading. A laptop computer is not included.
