Conveniently located in South Austin, it is 10 minutes to Downtown, 12 minutes to South Congress, 15 minutes to the Eastside (6th Street), 4 minutes to Zilker Park, 20 minutes from Circuit of the Americas (COTA), 20 minutes to The Domain, and 15 minutes to the airport. There may be ongoing city improvement work in the neighborhood, including detours and rerouting. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
