Built in 2018 with carefully selected, high-end finishes, every detail has been thoughtfully curated from custom tile and designer fixtures to stylish wallpaper and solid doors. Complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed, with a minimum smoking fee of $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks are not allowed. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Carport and driveway parking are available, with additional parking on the street on a first-come, first-served basis. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. There are steep stairs at the property, so kindly observe safety and monitor children at all times. The City of Austin waste collection is on Friday for this property. Please feel free to take out the trash and place it in the designated bins. We try our best to recycle, so please, no plastic bags in the recycling bins. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. If you need to use the hard key, place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. There are exterior cameras at the property for security purposes only. Please do not tamper with them, as fees may apply. Do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September, and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
