Walk to downtown, Lady Bird Lake, South Congress, Rainey Street, and the University of Texas campus. It's quite easy to get around using ride-sharing apps or bikes/scooters. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. No pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. Please ensure that the entrance gates remain shut at all times due to the presence of an unsupervised water feature (swimming pool) on the premises. If you need to use the hard key, please return it to the lockbox before departing to avoid a $50 replacement fee per key. No lifeguard is on duty at the pool, so swim at your own risk and supervise children at all times. Please rinse off before entry and note that no glass is allowed in the pool or pool area, with additional fees applicable if glass is found. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. The landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, but they’ll be mindful not to disturb you.
