Stones are set in a manner to heat and steam optimally with a $500 fee for violations. No glass, alcohol, or smoking in the sauna with a $500 fee. No food or beverages other than water with a $500 fee. Other items can stain the surfaces. No one under the age of 17 is permitted in the sauna without adult supervision. Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy. Turn off the sauna upon exiting with a $500 fee if left on. Do not cover the heater as this causes a fire hazard. Never make steam by using a water hose. No use of sauna fragrances and oils are permitted. Sauna doors should always open outward. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. If you are experiencing issues, please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink. Our landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday to keep the grounds looking their best.
