East Austin is well-served by public transportation, with several bus lines running through the area. You can also easily get around by bike or car. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. 2 pets are allowed for an additional $100 fee per pet. Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on premises with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. This property has an unsupervised water feature. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk and monitor children at all times. No glass is allowed in the pool area and covers should be placed back on the Cowboy Pool after each use. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool with a $500 fine for violations. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. HVAC rules include not setting the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) and adjusting the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour while keeping doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, but proactive measures are taken to manage this. Please keep all windows and doors closed and feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink. The landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday and the pool tech will be there every other Wednesday, but they’ll be mindful not to disturb you.
