Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on premises. Minimum smoking fee is $250, and the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. The property has an unsupervised water feature. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk and monitor children at all times. No glass is allowed in the pool area. Covers must be placed back on the Cowboy Pool after each use. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. There are animals raised by locals near the property. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. HVAC rules include not setting the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, so keep all windows and doors closed. Use the bug spray underneath the sink if needed. The landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, and the pool tech will be there every other Wednesday.
