Guests have access to all spaces except for 1-2 closets and garage parking. There is free parking on the driveway for a maximum of 4 vehicles and paid street parking is available. Our home is 3 blocks away from the famous Congress Avenue in Austin, TX. Beyond the comforts of our home, you'll find yourself situated to explore all that Austin has to offer. Our location grants you easy access to the city's renowned attractions, live music venues, eclectic dining scene, and outdoor adventures. Whether you're here for the music festivals, the delicious barbecue, or the vibrant arts scene, you'll be just a stone's throw away from it all. The pool is not heated and the upper part is an extension of the pool, not a hot tub. Smoking is not allowed with a minimum fee of $250, which may increase if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. A $500 fine will be charged if pets enter the pool. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
