I provide yard care. I pay the water and wastewater utilities. The tenant pays for trash service, electricity and gas utilities. This home currently has Gogle Fiber service. Other phone, cable, and internet service providers are available. I prefer no pets but this may be negotiable and would require an additional pet deposit and pet fee. No large dogs allowed.
