Feel at home in this apartment located on the second floor, accessible by stairs. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a small terrace, and a free washer and dryer inside the apartment. Parking is available for one car only. Early check-in, late check-out, and room service may be available for a fee. The pool is open from 9 am until 7 pm, but will be closed in the winter or during harsh weather and is located in a different building in the complex, requiring a walk to access. The apartment is less than 2 miles away from the Domain, 18 minutes drive from UT, and 20 minutes drive from downtown Austin. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Emotional support animals are not allowed. Smoking inside will result in a smoking fee and may result in the termination of your reservation. Parties are absolutely not allowed under any circumstances, which will result in the termination of your reservation. Unauthorized late check-out will result in additional charges.
