A small terrace is also included. Parking is available for one car only. Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee. The pool is open from 9 AM until 7 PM, but will be closed in the winter or during harsh weather and is located in a different building in the complex, requiring a walk to access. The gym is open 24/7. Located less than 2 miles away from the Domain, this apartment is an 18-minute drive from UT and a 20-minute drive from downtown Austin. Pets are not allowed, though service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals are not allowed. Smoking inside will result in a smoking fee and may result in termination of your reservation. Parties are absolutely not allowed under any circumstances, which will result in the termination of your reservation. Missing key fob will cost $250. Unless you have approval, you must check-in on or after the indicated check-in time and must check-out on or before the indicated check-out time.
