The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the reservation. In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. It’s cricket season here in Texas, so you may notice a few more of them around. To help keep them outside, we recommend keeping windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings.
