The condo is newly furnished with a contemporary design and hardwood flooring throughout. It has everything you need to utilize the kitchen for a meal at home, lots of storage for your belongings, and a washer and dryer. Linens, towels, soap, conditioner, and body wash are provided. This location provides easy access to Rainey Street, 6th Street, and more. Whole Foods and many of Austin's top restaurants are nearby. It's located just east of downtown, putting you close to all the ATX hot spots. Downtown Austin, Rainey Street, and Eastside Station are all 0.6 miles away, UT Campus is 3 miles away, and The Domain is 12 miles away. Occupancy is limited to 4 guests. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Please ensure you keep noise minimal as there is a workspace below and another unit to the side. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property; please do not tamper with them. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Pets, smoking, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
