Unusually large one bed room unit in a four-plex one block from Barton Springs pool. The unit is two stories with a one large bedroom, walk in closet, vanity area, and full bath upstairs. Down stairs is the kitchen, half bath, w/d hook-ups (electric and gas), living and dining area. There is also an extended patio. The extended patio is not a yard. The yard itself is xeriscaped which means there is no grass (as seen in photos). The park is just one block away. Seeking extremely quiet, respectful, and clean residents. You will have great neighbors that are the same. I only consider dogs that are quiet friendly and will let repair people in the space. They can't bark constantly during the day while you are gone as this is disturbing to the others. This is a non-smoking, apartment unit. Bills (gas, electric, and trash) are traditionally very low. I pay the water. Fiber is available up to the apartment. The units are well maintained, solid construction and exceptionally clean. The street is all multi-family structures. It is very quiet and seems to be occupied by mostly young professionals. The units were built at a time when space mattered and they are larger than almost all new construction. The street is old Austin and the people that live here appreciate that energy. I have owned this property since 1990 and people have only moved when they left the city or purchased a new home. People that live here seem to love it. This property is well worth seeing. Parking is assigned and there are two spaces. More details: Utility costs are usually around $100. I pay the water for all units. You will pay trash, electric, and gas. It is a one year lease. There are w/d hook-ups but there is no washer or dryer in the unit. If you need quiet because you work from home, you need to know that the people in the unit next to you and behind you also work from home. It is almost impossible to get more quiet.
