There is an extra one-time pet fee per stay: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, and there is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported.
