The Horseshoe is in the center of the campus and is where many students go in between classes to study or have lunch.
Finlay Park is a popular spot in downtown Columbia. There is a man-made waterfall and stream, as well as two playgrounds, walking paths and a café. There are two porch swings for visitors to enjoy. Concerts and other special events are held regularly in Finlay Park.
