No parties or events are allowed, including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or any unapproved get-togethers. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Undisclosed guests will incur a charge of $50 per person, per night. Unauthorized pets will incur a charge of $50 per pet per night. Late check-out will incur a charge of $75 per 30 minutes after 10:00 AM. Guests must be 25+ years of age to book. Undisclosed pets = $500 fine. Failure to return or provide a photo of keys/passes: $50. Includes a private workspace, ideal for business travelers. Pets are welcome with prior written approval only. To request approval, please provide: Type, size, weight, breed, and number of pets. Pet Fees: 1–6 nights: $50 per pet, 7–21 nights: $100 per pet, 21+ nights / Monthly: $175 per pet.
