I'm moving out, December rent is paid, lease runs until March 31st, you can extend it with the landlord if needed. The lease reassignment fee is $150 which we'd split. Landlord will ask for first, last and security (equal to one month rent), but since I've paid for December you'd probably have to pay last and security with January rent due on 1st Jan 2017. Short trolley ride away from Center City. Walking distance to uPenn.
