The rent for this apartment is $1,200.00 per month unfurnished. This will be a 12-month lease with an option to extend at the end of the term.  The rent is $1,200.00 a month and it is $3,600.00 to move in (First, Last, & Security). Tenant is to pay for their own gas, electric and water. There is a $49.90non-refundable application fee. We complete a credit and background check on all applicants.
