The building also has shared wifi installed which you can access so that you do not need your own internet plan. The apartment is located on the gently tree-lined North Preston Street. 10 minute walk to UPenn. 13 minute walk to Drexel University. Only three blocks from 40th Street SEPTA Station. If you have a car, the street has unlimited on-street parking with no time limit, or you can purchase a residential parking permit for $35 annually. For this apartment, Tenant pays electric and a $30/mo flat fee for water. This building is managed by a high-quality manager who cares about maintenance and has 24/7 maintenance staff. The building manager believes in charging reasonable rents and working with great tenants. The move-in payment is 2x the rent price and covers the first month's rent and security deposit.
