This apartment is in a vibrant city neighborhood, and some city noise may be expected. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces, are strictly prohibited. Noise and smoking detecting technology is used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of our non-smoking policy. Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of our house rules.
