Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $50 per pet, up to a maximum of 2 pets. The total pet fee will not exceed $175 on a monthly basis per pet. Pets are not allowed on the property at any time without prior written consent. If you wish to be approved, please reply with the type of pet, the number of pets, and the size, height, weight, and breed (if applicable) of each pet. Guests are required to clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Pets must be well-behaved and not disturb other guests or neighbors. Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Pets must be leashed or appropriately contained at all times when outside the listing. Failure to comply with these pet policies may result in additional charges or termination of the booking. No loud music or disturbances are allowed, quiet hours are after 10:00 pm. Do not disrespect the neighbors. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Smoking, parties, and events are prohibited and will result in a $1000 charge and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary. Smoking will also incur a $500 OZONE TREATMENT!
