Chestnut Street, a major historic street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is where this apartment is located. Originally named Wynne Street, it was renamed Chestnut Street by William Penn in 1684. The street runs east–west from the Delaware River waterfront through Center City and West Philadelphia, crossing the Schuylkill River on the Chestnut Street Bridge. It serves as eastbound Pennsylvania Route 3 between 63rd and 38th Streets. Keys are a minimum of $150 per key to replace if lost or not returned on time before 11 am. You will be fully responsible for damages and noise complaints. There is a strict no-smoking policy in the unit, balcony, and pool, with a $1,000 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 6 AM.
