Keys are a minimum of $150 each to replace, with a fee applied if lost or not returned on time before 11 am. You will be fully responsible for damages and noise complaints. The apartment enforces a strict no-smoking policy with a $1,000 fine for violations, no parties or events, no loud noises or disturbances, no illegal drugs, no additional guests, and quiet hours from 9 PM to 6 AM. Please do not visit the leasing office; instead, call the customer hotline for any concerns. We manage multiple apartments in this building, and while the photos may not exactly match the apartment you are allotted, the size and area are consistent across all units.
