Welcome to 2001 E. Monmouth Street. This is a recently renovated corner duplex with brand new kitchens and bathrooms. Brand new appliances in both units with new washer/dryers. All applicants aged 18 and older must complete a rental application and screening process. Applicants should demonstrate verifiable gross household income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Proof of income, such as recent pay stubs, W-2s, offer letters, or other supporting documentation, may be required. A credit and rental history screening will be conducted. Applicants should generally have a credit score of 600 or higher; however, all applications will be evaluated based on the totality of the applicant’s qualifications. Background, credit, and rental history reviews will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Prior evictions, unpaid housing-related debt, or other adverse rental history may affect application approval. Approved tenants must maintain renter’s insurance throughout the lease term. Move-in funds required prior to occupancy include the first month’s rent and a security deposit equal to two months’ rent. Minimum lease term: 12 months.
