Non-registered guests and visitors are strictly prohibited, and parties, small gatherings/get-togethers, events, and filming are all prohibited. Extra guests and visitors not in your reservation are not permitted in the building/apartment under any circumstances without prior authorization. A $1,000 fine per reported incident, cancellation of your booking, and police eviction will swiftly follow if these rules are broken.
