Tenant is required to be eviction free for the past 5 years. 7. Mortgages with past due amounts will be denied. 8. Rental references outside of the past 12 months will not be considered. Credit 1. Negative or adverse debt showing on consumer credit report will be denied. 2. Three or more past due accounts, judgments, liens or collections (not related to medical expenses) will result in denial of the application. 3.
