The apartment has a gas fireplace insert with thermostat in the living room , built-in bookcases and shelves, pantry and plenty of storage. The kitchen has a gas stove with oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven. There is heated tile floor in kitchen and in the bathroom. WiFi is available with your own computer. There is a smart TV with streaming services available with your own subscription. Also there is a desk with a second monitor, and printer. Full size washer/dryer are shared with owners who live upstairs. No smoking, no pets. The property is a short drive to downtown Portland. Close to shopping and restaurants and close to the Willamette river. There are walking/biking trails along the river with great views. Of the $500 deposit, $400 is refundable if there is no damage at the end of the lease period. $100 is a cleaning fee. We work on a month-to-month lease and payment can be made with cash, check, Venmo or credit card
