We have a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom duplex located at 2199 Devos St in Eugene. Rent is $1850.00 a month and Security Deposit starts at $3700.00. This is a month-to-month lease. Renters Insurance is required. This is a no pet property. No Smoking. Tenant responsible all utilities and landscaping. WE DO NOT CHARGE A FEE TO TURN IN AN APPLICATION • Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. ? Accepted forms of income: Bank statements, pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. • A minimum of two rental references is preferred. • Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $10 for Eugene. When submitting your application, you will need to provide three months’ worth of income in the form of bank statements or paystubs and a valid form of identification. All applications must have income verification attached and a valid identification to be accepted. If these things are not attached, we will not process the application. Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent. Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A driver’s license is required to check out a key at that time.
