Outside activities need to wind down by 10 pm due to neighborhood guidelines and the Bend Noise Ordinance. No smoking is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in charges for sanitizing, de-odorizing, and cleaning. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 5:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Guests must be 23 years or older to book a reservation. Guests are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by pets and must clean up after them immediately. All cars are to be parked in the driveway, with a limit of 1 car per bedroom without prior approval. COVH is not liable for packages sent to the vacation rental.
