Hollywood Apartments is a locally owned & operated, affordable apartment community near the Tulsa International Airport. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood between S. Memorial and S. Mingo, these studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes feature spacious closets, built-in furniture, and fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and garbage disposal. Monthly rent includes gas, water, refuse disposal, sewage, and some electricity expenses, eliminating the need for utility deposits and most monthly bills. Property amenities include on site management, a dedicated laundry room, swimming pool and free, off-street parking. Call to request a tour from our on-site manager, Gloria! Prospective residents must meet an income requirement equivalent to three times the monthly rent, supported by verifiable income documentation. A minimum credit score of 600 is mandated. Applicants with felony convictions or prior evictions within the preceding seven years will not be considered. A non-refundable application fee of $35 per tenant is applicable. Initial costs comprise the first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
