Madison Park Neighborhood

Madison Park in Charlotte, North Carolina was first developed in the 1950s. Located between East Woodlawn and Tyvola Roads, it is a desirable neighborhood close to historic uptown Charlotte. Uptown is home to gorgeous hotels and restaurants, and is a great place to take visitors to the city.

A variety of home styles line the streets of Madison Park, including many ranch style brick houses, both single and two story, most priced at around $100,000 or a little more.
