Madison Park Neighborhood

Madison Park in Charlotte, North Carolina was first developed in the 1950s. Located between East Woodlawn and Tyvola Roads, it is a desirable neighborhood close to historic uptown Charlotte. Uptown is home to gorgeous hotels and restaurants, and is a great place to take visitors to the city.

A variety of home styles line the streets of Madison Park, including many ranch style brick houses, both single and two story, most priced at around $100,000 or a little more. The houses rest on spacious lots, providing adequate room for children to play or for gardeners to enjoy. The neighborhood feels cozy yet is close to the sights and sounds of the city.
