Perched on the corner of South Salina and West Onondaga Streets, the building stands 12-stories high with modest Art Deco features. It was once one of the most prominent office buildings in Syracuse. When renovations are complete, the newly renovated Chimes Building will boast as many as 150 upscale apartments, featuring a variety of layouts.
