Five minute drive to Major grocery stores and various shopping. 10 - 14 minute drive to Syracuse University, Up State Hospital, Community General Hospital is 4 minutes away, Up State Hospital and Golasano's Children s Hospital are 12 -14 minute drive. Down town is 5-8 min by car and 10-15 min by bus. All residents are middle age and up professionals, retires,young to middle aged professionals and small families. All of our residents are screened and credit checked. We will not turn you away for poor or iffy credit we just need to know where you are with it. We will work with you to the best of our ability. As stated above we will consider one well behaved fixed cat on a case by case basis. Meet and greets at your current residence are necessary. We do not charge application fees but you do pay for the credit and background checks we require. The fees are $25.00 for the credit check and $45.00 for the background check. These are non refundable costs we must pay to the companies that do the checks for us. If you can provide us with a credit check full report less than a year old we will accept that provided it comes from one of the three major companies. All apartments are shown by appointment only.
