The kitchen comes with a refrigerator and gas stove, but there is no oven. There is no washer or dryer in the home, and no hook-ups are available. Off-street parking fits about 2 3 cars. First month's rent and a security deposit are due when signing the lease. Tenant pays for electricity, gas, and water. Smoking and pets is not allowed inside the house.
