Welcome to the historic Gere Building, built in 1894 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The 3rd Floor Apartment is accessible by stairs. The building underwent a complete renovation in 2021. The apartment is entirely furnished to include all kitchen essentials, such as pots, pans, bakeware, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster oven, utensils and plates/bowls. In addition, the kitchen has a large pantry with plenty of space for storage on the built in shelves. Each bedroom is equipped with a remote-controlled ceiling fan, wall mounted flat screen TVs, large closets, queen beds and dressers. The living room includes two couches, end table, wall mounted flat screen TV, and remote-controlled ceiling fan.
