St. John Tower Apartments offers affordable housing for anyone 62 and over, or someone with a disability. St. John Tower is subsidized by Hud and our apartments are designed to meet the needs of the elderly/disability with low income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have. Our spacious 1-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated flooring, kitchen cabinets and bathrooms with vanities; all apartments have central heat and air. Our large, spacious community center is where we have morning coffee, planned social activities, laundry facility, fitness center and computer lab. We will also have beauty salon on property for residents to get their hair done.
