It is not without work, though. Careful upkeep and the constant consideration of Buffalo Management are working to keep it up for the next 100 years. The stone window sills were removed and re-cut as part of the restoration, the front entrance was rebuilt after it faced the elements for a century, it is this level of care that you see here.
