Beverwyck Neighborhood

Bounded by Central Avenue, Washington Avenue, Quail Street and a small portion of North Allen Street, the neighborhood of Beverwyck in Albany, New York, is one where residents can truly feel that they are living in a piece of history. The name comes from that of the Dutch trading post that was built in the area in the seventeenth century.

Just a short distance away from the neighborhood, the beauty of Tivoli Wildlife Park awaits. Here it is possible to see the animals of the region in their native habitat and experience the beauty of the untouched landscape.
