Lovely first floor condo that has been updated with a granite kitchen w/subway tile open to the living area for ease of socializing while in the kitchen and/or passing through food etc. Large bedroom with big closet, hardwood floors, storage as well. Quiet location in a nice complex. Close to NYC bus and town of Verona with lots of shops and restaurants. Very nearby is beautiful Verona Park, designed by Olmsted of Central Park fame, with boats on the lake, pickleball/tennis courts, a lovely playground, a mile path around the lake and beautiful gardens. Renters insurance needed and tenant pays for first $100 of repairs. Great landlord!!
