This apartment is my personal residence, and while most personal belongings will be put away during your stay, you will find useful items in the cabinets and fridge, such as almond milk, condiments, and spices, to enhance your stay. Parking can be challenging to find during late evening hours, but there is always parking available on Paterson Plank RD, about a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment, located behind the Food Bazaar Supermarket. Ideally located just four minutes from Jersey City, seven minutes from Hoboken, and roughly 15 minutes from NYC, this apartment offers convenient access to major attractions. Metlife Stadium is 14 minutes away, Newark Airport is 20 minutes away, and Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park is 15 minutes away. Situated between two beautifully historical churches and close to bars and restaurants, the apartment is on a very quiet street. Union City, known as the 'Embroidery Capital of the United States' and 'Little Havana on the Hudson,' offers rich cultural experiences, including the nation's longest-running passion play and the annual Cuban Day Parade of New Jersey. Public transportation options include NJT buses 123 and 125, with convenient stops nearby, and Uber and Lyft are also popular and reliable. Noise monitoring devices are installed in the living room and dining area. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 10 AM, and conversations, TV, and music should be respectful during these times. Non-registered guests and visitors are strictly prohibited, and parties, small gatherings, events, photography, and filming are not allowed. Violations of these rules can result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation of your booking, and police eviction. If the exterior camera is purposely blocked or covered, a $1,000 fine will be issued. Please wash your dishes before check-out, and do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Check-out is at 10 AM sharp, and a $200 late fee will be charged if the apartment is not vacated on time. Any stains, odors, or damages to furniture or appliances will be your responsibility.
