Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $300 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel is provided per guest per stay.
