Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $300 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds.
