At The Edmond at Hacienda, we warmly welcome both cats and dogs. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment home, with each pet weighing no more than 50 pounds. A monthly pet rent of $35 per pet applies, along with a one-time pet fee ranging from $300 to $450. To ensure the well-being of all our furry residents, pets are required to complete an application, and current veterinarian and vaccination records must be provided when reserving your new home.
