The rent is paid $185 weekly, this includes all utilities, internet and designated parking space. Total move-in fee is $600, includes refundable deposit of $410 and 1st weeks rent of $185. In the main house, the living room has 2 comfortable sofas and 55" TV. The kitchen, living room and bathroom have access anytime. The house is centrally located, Maryland Pkway is very close and has the Boulevard Mall with many restaurants and retail stores. Also close are many buslines and 203 Desert inn, 109 Maryland Pkwy and 110 Eastern Ave. We have a 50lb dog also. No other pets allowed.
