Condominium is on the ground floor of a 2-story building within the enclosed Antigua condo complex. Covered parking stall is available with lots of uncovered stalls for co-tenant or visitors. It is close to shopping, gas stations, banking facilities, etc. Condo is very clean, attractively remodeled and upgraded with wood and tile flooring. Antigua complex is very quiet. Small pets are allowed in Antigua, but not to roam in the common areas. SHOWING IS NOT RANDOM (not for any one who doesn't complete an application beforehand). A completed application form for each adult ages 18 and over is required. The following procedure shall be followed: 1. Contact me for an application form. DO NOT WRITE IN YOUR SSN AND DRIVER'S LICENSE NUMBERS on the application form. 2. Applicants must have a stable and long-term employment history, excellent rental history, and a good credit rating. We understand the reluctance of many people to furnish their employment, rental, and credit rating information BEFORE seeing the unit. We, on the other hand, find it too difficult and time consuming to show the condo to everyone without knowing whether they qualify.
