Nice all one level apartment in a 3-plex and all utilities are included in the rent . Nice Living Room and larger master bedroom but 2nd bedroom is small. All new carpet. . Decent sized kitchen but there is not room for a table . Plenty of off street parking. Quiet building and is not a crazy place. . Basic affordable living with no utility bills to pay . $30 application fee and we have applications with us. We check credit, employment, income, and a landlord reference .
