This is our one bed, one bath on the upper level in back at 1629 C St. Off the back of the building you have your own entrance. As you enter you will go up stairs into the hallway. At one end of the hall your have your living room with south facing windows. Between the living room and the bedroom you will find the kitchen. The kitchen includes a pantry area, fridge and rage. At the other end of the hallway you will find the bathroom on your left and the entrance to the bedroom on your right. In the bathroom you will find a unique claw-foot tub. There is off street parking available. No laundry on site. Utilities including gas, electric and water are $90 per month paid to the manager. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.
