Norwood Court is a small, primarily residential community in St. Louis, Missouri. The densely populated area is home to 1,100 residents packed into its 0.14 square miles. It lies within the 63121 zip code.
Norwood Hills Country Club serves as the northern border of the neighborhood. A few smaller, local streets, including San Diego Avenue and Woodstead Court, form its southern border. Lucas and Hunt Road marks its eastern border, while Bermuda Avenue bounds the western part of the neighborhood.
Norwood Court consists of mostly single-family homes in a diverse range of styles, from modern and ranch-style to classic, two-floor structures. There are also plentiful apartment complexes and condo buildings nearby, as well as two-to-four-family attached-unit homes.
Several quality medical centers and hospitals nearby include Christian Hospital Northeast, about three miles away in the city. The Metropolitan St. Louis Psychiatric Center and St. Louis Connect Care are both located within a four-mile radius of the community.
Many of the more well-to-do residents of Norwood Court are members of the Norwood Hills Country Club, which runs adjacent to the neighborhood to its north. It is within walking distance from anywhere in the neighborhood. It boats two sprawling, picturesque golf courses and a pro shop. Its many amenities include on-site dining for members, a clubhouse, aquatic center, fitness center, and event facilities.
Several restaurants serve the Norwood Court neighborhood, including Whalen’s Bar & Restaurant, a half-mile southwest. Oscar’s Cafe, a chic local favorite, is about a mile southwest. There’s a McDonald’s a mile to the south.
